The total investment of the project is  0.5 billion USD
1. Phase I: R & D center, central control room, fire water station, sewage treatment plant, flare system, circulating water system, storage tank farm, finished product warehouse, central laboratory and other public works and auxiliary facilities of 300000 t / a propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit (including 400000 T / a raw material pretreatment unit)
2. Phase II: 300000 t / a polypropylene (PP) plant;
3. Phase III: 200000 t / a cyclohexanone production plant.
