Project Overview:

Gulei Integrated Petrochemical Complex Project 

Project is composed of 2 phases, 

Phase 1 of which covers a area of 8200 Mu (5.46 sq.km). There are several contracts and packages in the project with the capacity of: 

(1) 11 sets of chemical equipment project (800000 t/y Ethylene steam cracking unit, 550,000 t/y pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit, 350000 t/y Aromatic hydrocarbon extraction unit, 140000 t/y Butadiene extraction unit, 300000 t/y Ethylene-vinyl acetate resin unit, 100000/700000 t/y Ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol units, 600000 t/y Styrene unit, 350000 t/y Polypropylene unit, 100000 t/y Thermoplastic elastomer (SBS) unit, 200000 t/y Propylene oxide unit, 260000 t/y Hydrogen peroxide unit).

(2) 6 Circulating water plants (216000 cubic meter/hour inside plant, 550 cubic meter/hour outside plant) 

(3) Power station project (220 kv general substation, 110 kv petrochemical center substation, 110 kv infrastructure substation, power generation system). (4) Power boiler 

(5) Air separation and pressure stations 

(6) 6 Chemical water treatment stations (1240 t/h) 

(7) ware houses 

(8) Plant control center 

(9) Waste treatment station
